Problem with R61

Hello guys, I jut got my R61,14″ WXGA,Core Duo 2 T7500,1 gig RAM,Nvidia card,etc,etc.OS is XP professional,I prefer XP to Vista. Problem I am having is with rebooting,just a quick question.On average,how long does it take for a laptop
