Morgan Stanley boss accused of sex harass, upskirt pencil attack
A former Morgan Stanley & Co. employee filed a lawsuit Thursday saying the securities firm failed to take proper action and then fired her after she complained that her boss was sexually harassing her and had put his hand up her skirt.
Lisa LaMacchia says in court papers that while she worked in the company’s branch in Melville, N.Y., her supervisor, Richard Dorfman, suggested she have sex with him if she wanted to get paid, groped her genitals and tried to sexually molest her with a pencil. Read more
